Two persons $400 per night
four persons $450 per night
six persons $500 per night
A one time only cleaning fee is added of $100.
A reservation will be confirmed when a two night pre paid deposit is received.

This is the second time in as many years that we’ve stayed at Sunset Point Houseboat. That right there should tell you what you need to know. It is a little slice of heaven. Tucked away on Fresh Creek itself, the house is a perfect home base for whatever it is you want to do on Andros. For us, it’s stalking bonefish. There are wadeable flats 5 minutes walk from the house and even more a short kayak away. Between wading sessions or after dinner, you can fish off the back deck where we’ve caught snapper, jacks, and barracuda. The house itself is a beautiful older boathouse that has been renovated a number of times over the years (ask your host Peter about the house’s interesting history) so that it sits on a foundation in Fresh Creek itself. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for just about whatever you’re looking to cook. The deck out back has plenty of room to hang out, fish, have dinner, read, sunbathe, etc. For us, this is where we spend most of our time. Finally, the owners of the house-Peter and Gabrielle-are wonderful hosts, good communicators, and super friendly. Five stars. Would recommend.

One of my favorite places on earth! Have been down now 3 times and you can't find a better place to stay. Peter and Gabrielle are incredible hosts and very knowledgeable to make your stay even better- beach recommendations, blue holes, restaurants, and more! The houseboat has everything you need in a postcard perfect landscape- we even saw a sea turtle, rays, and dolphins from the deck. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back!

Our family stayed at sunset point houseboat. We swam, snorkeled and fished and had the best time! Best evenings were fishing, cooking dinner and watching sunsets! Our kids said that this was their favorite trip ever (ages 18-24)! Mostly because of the simplicity of time together. The accommodations are comfortable, simple and almost like having your own home on Andros Island! Gabrielle and Peter were fantastic! They were very informative, attentive and kind. We also loved their dog Honey! The best meal on the island was from Peter. He’s an excellent chef! Groceries are semi close but just not a lot of variety on island. Also bring bug spray! Andros Island is a pretty special place. Kinda like stepping back to 70s for all the good stuff!
